NurtureU Support is made up of a dedicated team of skilled care and support staff. Services are managed by competent senior staff. This includes a general manager, an operations/safeguarding manager and a senior support worker. The company operates with a continuous improvement approach. All members of our staff each have a training matrix and a personal development plan. Self-development and enhanced knowledge of the care service are highly encouraged

Ensures the safety and wellbeing of young people by developing and implementing policies and procedures to prevent abuse, neglect, and harm.
Responsible for identifying and responding to safeguarding concerns and ensuring that staff are trained to recognise and work with stakeholders and joint partners to respond appropriately to safeguarding issues.
Encourage young people to live more independently, keeping them safe and encouraging positive behaviour.
